Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
Serve as a liaison between executives and other staff members, clients, and external partners.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning work environment.
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
Conduct research and compile data as needed for decision-making processes.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive team and the organization.
Skills / Experience
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, always maintaining professionalism.
Flexibility to adapt to changing and challenging priorities and deadlines.
Additional Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for the CEO, handling high-level communications and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the CEO’s diary, prioritising tasks and scheduling meetings to maximise productivity.
Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and executive reports.
Organize heavy travel arrangements, domestic and international.
Coordinate logistics for workshops and events.
Support the CEO in project management, ensuring deadlines are met and following up on deliverables.
Handle personal errands and corporate administrative duties, minimizing distractions and keeping everything running smoothly.
Organize both private events and corporate engagements, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Communicate with household staff, vendors, and corporate contacts to ensure the principal’s life is managed efficiently and discreetly.
Safeguard all personal and professional information with the utmost discretion.
